Novatec 300 ff / Novatec 300–330 (Zinc-Nickel)

At Holder, Novatec 300 ff stands for a chromium(VI)-free corrosion protection system on a galvanic zinc-nickel alloy with approximately 12–15% nickel content. Zinc-nickel with Novatec passivation is used where extremely high corrosion resistance is required under high temperature loads, such as in the engine compartment, chassis, underbody, or offshore applications. The system achieves corrosion resistance of over 1,000 hours in the salt spray test according to DIN EN ISO 9227 and meets Cr(VI)-free and RoHS requirements.
