Novatec 200 ff / Novatec 200–230 (Zinc-Iron)

Under the designation Novatec 200 ff, Holder offers a chromium(VI)-free galvanic zinc-iron surface. The process combines highly corrosion-resistant zinc-iron alloy layers with an attractive surface design and is particularly suitable for the automotive and electrical industries as well as sheet metal processing. The Novatec 200–230 passivations enable corrosion resistance according to DIN EN ISO 9227 of typically more than 360 hours without white rust and more than 600 hours without red rust.
