Gleitmo 605

Gleitmo 605 is a water-based dry-film lubricant for mass-part coating, consisting of a dispersion of high-molecular-weight polymers and solid lubricants in water. Individual or bulk parts are dipped or centrifuged and dried; the remaining film ensures precisely defined friction values according to VDA guidelines and is color-neutral, grease-free, and well suited for automated assembly. Typical applications are screws, nuts, and other fasteners where assembly forces and preload must be reproducible.
